Check out these personal testimonials of my services:
Daniel was instrumental in the sale of our home. He was very responsive to calls and e mails keeping us " in the loop" during the entire process. He made some excellent suggestions regarding staging and pricing helping us to sell quickly. We also used Daniel to purchase our current home last year, and again it was a pleasure. I would recommend him without hesitation. !
Honesty, attention-to-detail, thought-provoking questions, options, research, a helping hand and always a smile. This is what you will get every day when dealing with Mr. Stazzone! !
As a first time home buyer with absolutely no experience Daniel was exactly the agent I needed. Not only did he have a wealth of knowledge about the houses in the area but also about every step in the home buying process. Daniel was able to walk me through the whole process from narrowing down what kind of houses I wanted to look at, to suggesting mortgage lenders and attorneys. Daniel was always quick to respond and to work within my schedule. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and couldn't be happier with my first home. !
We worked with Daniel twice. The first time Daniel was excellent about explaining the process to first time home-buyers and actually helped us realize that we weren't yet in a good position to buy. We had such a good experience with him that a few years later, when we were in a much stronger position, we asked Daniel to represent us again even though we were no longer in his immediate area. This time we found the perfect house. Daniel negotiated a closing that ensured our ability to be in our house before our lease ran out (no small feat given the timing). We'd highly recommend Daniel, especially to first time home-buyers who need someone to explain the process and be available for questions and to discuss concerns. !
I had a very different experience with Daniel. In the past, I dealt with realtors who did not pay attention to my needs nor recognized that my middle class home was as important to me as the home of people who owned homes far more than I could afford. Daniel listened to me and learned my needs and desires and in selling a home, he staged and offered multiple open houses that eventually pulled in the buyer that I needed. As for buying, he took me to as many homes as I needed to see in order to make the best choice. Daniel did not hurry me nor did he try to push a home on me that I really didn't like. I appreciate his friendship still to this day and look forward to working with him again in the future when I decide to make the big move again!
